At Frost Buddy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home cooling solutions. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Once your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your Frost Buddy products in their original box and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
